The 23rd SAE BRASIL Congress took place in São Paulo from 30th September to 2nd October 2014.
SAE International is a society dedicated to the advancement of mobility engineering, in cooperation with experts in the industry. In 1992, the SAE BRASIL Congress took place in Brazil for the first time, since then this event takes place annually. With more than 10 000 visitors every year, this event offers perfect opportunities for international exchange.
The topic of the 23rd SAE BRASIL Congress was “Building intelligent mobility – the vehicle of the future“. It was focused on future-oriented technologies for mobility industries such as automotive, commercial vehicles and aerospace.
Dr. Eder Santana Annibale (Fraunhofer ITWM) gave a presentation about “Virtual Design and Dynamical Simulation of Flexible Cables, Hoses and Wires”, also introducing IPS Cable Simulation. This presentation was awarded as “Best International Paper” of the Congress.
